Completely overpriced hotel, trying many new approaches that leave customers dissatisfied. The reception is replaced with this check-in counter, but the staff there is not as professional and fast as So many other top line hotels. The rooms were trying to be design style oriented, but looked rather inexpensive, like a Scandinavian Innside hotel. On top of that, the hotel itself is very noisy, not just the bad insulation between rooms but also the water pipes make horrible noise all through the night. And that for a cat6 World of Hyatt.
