We had a fantastic experience with Harrison! A thunderstorm kept him from making it to our first scheduled appointment, but he did a great job of communicating with us early so we weren t caught off guard. When he was able to get here, he was super professional, friendly, and we were confident in his diagnosis of the issue. He walked us through the cost, helped us out with checking into warranties, and was just overall a great tech. It was his communication over the first appointment having to be cancelled that led us to keep our second appointment though we could ve gotten in earlier with a different company. Definitely a great experience!
