Very nice room with balcony and view over the city...

Very nice room with balcony and view over the city, friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant with trained staff and correct prices, and also excellent generous breakfast.
Public transport is not apparent from the usual city maps and presents tourists with almost insoluble problems. It would be nice if the reception desk had metro and tram schedules.
