My primary work laptop (a MacBook Pro that aged out of Apple's repair coverage) failed suddenly and I was going to lose two weeks of work since my last major backup, not to mention productivity loss working from a backup laptop.
I arranged to have my assistant take it to them, and they were fast and efficient in getting the repair turned around. Turns out the issue was my hard drive failing. They recovered my data, installed the new drive and latest Mac OS, and then I was SHOCKED when I saw the bill. It was less than half of what I was anticipating this would have cost. I cannot say enough good things about Tom (the Mac tech who handled my repair) and their overall service and performance.
