I have mixed feelings about Medical Resolutions International. On one hand, the website medresint.com is informative and easy to use. On the other hand, I found their customer service to be slow and unresponsive. The representatives seemed disinterested in assisting me, and it took a lot of effort to get my issue resolved. Overall, I expected better from this company.
