Horrible customer service !! I bought a 2020 GLE 3...

Horrible customer service !! I bought a 2020 GLE 350 on cash. Within two hours all paperwork were completed and we got the keys. To my surprise no concierge service was offered as I was told that there is nobody. It was 6:30 p.m. on November 6th. I was told to contact them back to arrange the concierge and accordingly I was told to visit the showroom on Monday the November 17th at 9:00 a.m. When I reached the showroom, to my disbelief, I was told that no concierge service is available and I will have to come another day. There is nothing less than 1 star to rate such a pathetic customer service.
