I have been a customer of Bc energy for three year...

I have been a customer of Bc energy for three years and I have to say that their service is average. They provide electricity at a reasonable rate, but their customer service could be improved. The staff is not always helpful and sometimes it takes a long time to get a resolution to a problem. Overall, I would say that Bc energy is just okay, nothing special.
