I recently used Society W's matchmaking service and I must say, it was an average experience. The process was simple and straightforward, but I felt like the matches were just okay. I didn't find any strong connections or sparks with any of the matches I went on dates with. However, the customer service was great and the team was always prompt and helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I would say Society W provides an average matchmaking service.
