I have been a loyal customer of Logistas s.a. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they have always delivered my packages on time and in good condition, the customer service can sometimes be lacking. There have been a few instances where I have had to wait on hold for a significant amount of time to speak to a representative. Overall, Logistas s.a. is an okay company.
