I recently used the metro services in Shenzhen, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The metro system operated by Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. is well-managed and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, I think the website (szmc.net) could be more user-friendly.
