PocketTrucks is an average company. Their service is just okay, nothing exceptional. I have used them a few times and have had a decent experience overall. Their website is user-friendly and the ordering process is easy. However, the delivery times can be quite long and the drivers can sometimes be late. I appreciate their efforts to provide a reliable service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
