I've been training at Sanford Rod Traditional Karate for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, always providing guidance and constructive feedback. The classes are challenging but fun, and I can see myself improving each week. The dojo has a positive and welcoming environment that makes me excited to come to class. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in martial arts.
