I have been a customer of Bridgewater Falls for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. I have had a few good experiences with them, but also a few disappointing ones. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is fairly smooth. However, the customer service could be improved. I have had issues with receiving the wrong items or items arriving damaged, and it was quite frustrating to deal with their support team. Overall, I would rate Bridgewater Falls as an average company.
