The service provided by Citracom is average at best. While their products are of decent quality, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very knowledgeable and the website was difficult to navigate. The prices were also higher compared to other companies offering similar products. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Citracom unless you have no other options.
