worst staff ever seen in my life. they gave me an appointment and when I reached the hospital they told me that the doctor is blocked from my insurance company (biggest insurance company in Abu Dhabi). They did not offered any solution except for giving me an appointment next week with another doctor without showing any apology or any other action towards the situation. their staff are rude and unable to handle customer frustration.
