I worked as a NP Locum provider through All Star Recruiting in 2017. I had a chest x-ray done before my assignment started. At that time the All Star Recruiting representative had an agreement with the client (the hospital where I was going to work)that All Star would pay the X-ray cost. Early this year (2019), I got a bill for the x-ray I had in 2017. I contacted All Star and presented the case; the director for the Locum NP division said that he would send me his contact information so I could forward the bill to him including the email conversation from the hospital, then he would let me know what to do. He never sent me his contact information. I called him twice afterwards and left messages. No response at all. I paid the x-ray bill All Star promised to pay but never did. I am not sure I want to do business with this company in the future.
