As a CUSTOMER, I am writing this review about Diversity Direct. I have had an average experience with the company. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I felt that the customer service could be improved. Overall, a decent company to work with.
