Absolutely exceptional quality service and sapphire/ruby provder. This was the third time going through NSC for a special occasion.

I had a very specific pendant design in mind to commerate my second child due in couple of months as well as a "push gift" for my wife.

Was a pleasure working with Michael on the design specs and he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the start to end process.

I was also very impressed with the 3D life like modelling and comparing end result to original designs, you couldn't tell the difference... Superbly accurate as the original laid out prototype, however the real pendant was even more immaculate.

I've always been happy with NSC but after this experience I'm definitely a lifetime customer and advocate.
