I recently booked a flight through shipallegiant.com, and I must say, I had a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple. However, the service during the flight was just okay. The staff was not as friendly as I expected and the overall experience was average. I would consider flying with Allegiant again, but I hope to see improvement in their customer service.
