I am a customer of Ramsey asset management llc and I have to say that their services are average. While they do seem to have some knowledge in asset management, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
