Avoid this company at all costs. Staff are completely disinterested and even lied, saying they would arrange an engineer that day, only for them to then leave the office and not call back. Engineers came out and claimed they'd fixed hot water and tried to insist it was fixed when it was not. Polyteck then didn't feel any sense of urgency or ownership in coming back out and resolving the situation.
