DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called sun Toyota about a certain Corolla that was listed for $14,500 on Cars.com. I live an hour away from them and did not want to waste a day driving to a dealer to find out the price was much higher than I wanted to pay. I talked to Ed who I guess is the sales manager, he said that my OUT THE DOOR price was $16,200 after all fees and taxes. Trusting that I was not being lied to I drove up to Sun Toyota to purchase this vehicle. To my surprise there were $2500 dollars in extra fees that were not disclosed over the phone. Also, they would not honor the trade in value they gave me over email because "the market changed". After I told them that I called and was quoted 16200 they told me that "all of the phone calls were recorded so they can listen back and see if that's the truth" which I encouraged them to do. They did not do this and I assume that was a lie to see if I would back peddle what I said. Long story short they would not honor the trade in they valued my car at and would not honor the price they quoted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They wasted a whole day of my time after I explicitly explained over the phone I needed exact pricing. My local Toyota dealership warned me that they would hit me with 2500 dollars and fees and I did not believe them. My mistake.
