I have a problem with the tailgate of my RX 450 that does not open automatically, I was told that the car is no longer under warranty and to make do. It is not tolerable that a car of that price has such a defect, but above all that the Lexus brand advertises the reliability and quality of its cars, when it is not. I am disappointed and embittered, I thought I was entering a world where customer satisfaction was a priority.
