I recently had an experience with an online company that specializes in PPE supplies. While browsing the website, I noticed that their selection of products was quite extensive, offering a wide range of options. However, the ordering process was a bit confusing and the website could benefit from being more user-friendly.

Once I placed my order, I was disappointed with the shipping time, as it took longer than I expected to receive my items. Additionally, the packaging could have been more secure, as one of the products arrived slightly damaged.

On a positive note, their customer service was responsive and resolved my issue promptly. They were helpful in addressing my concerns, which I appreciated.
