I recently hired this company for a plumbing renovation project. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which gave me confidence in their expertise. However, I found the communication with the team to be somewhat lacking. There were delays in response times, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The team was professional and polite, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, my experience was average. I appreciate the effort put into the project, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
