Worst cargo service that I have ever used, they don't deserve any star. I booked for air-cargo for fast delivery (7 days which they claim) and paid almost 3 to 4 times of sea cargo. But, they split my items and sent major items via sea cargo. Overall delivery took around two months that too after several follow-ups, phone calls and personal visits by my friends in Dubai.

They will promise you a lot of things, but please be aware once you leave the country you can't do anything except just to wait for your stuff to arrive safely.
