I recently used the services of this company and found their website to be very informative and user-friendly. However, I did encounter a delay in receiving a response to my inquiry which was a bit disappointing. The customer service representative eventually provided a helpful resolution, but it would have been nice to receive a timelier response. Overall, the experience was average. The website's layout and content were good, but the response time could use some improvement. 😐
