Extremely upset and disappointed with this dealers...

Extremely upset and disappointed with this dealership! Bought a new 2019 Chrysler 300 and have had problems with the shifter and backfiring. Brought it to them twice and both times I'm being told "it's normal". Neither problem is normal to a any car, let alone a brand new one. Told I need to call Chrysler - I bought the car from this dealership - I expect them to find out what the problem is and fix it. Want to talk with the owner and was told that won't happen. I'm not stopping with just this review - Better Business Bureau will be contacted.
