The Heron S Nest Hoa is average. I had higher expectations based on the reviews but unfortunately, I was not impressed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but the staff was not as friendly as I would have liked. The amenities were also lacking compared to other HOAs in the area. Overall, it was an okay experience.
