Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will get you what you need. Accidentally wandered into the service department where all installs are done and somehow had a great experience. Even the guys who do all the grunt work have high moral and a great sense of humor. They called one guy The Wizard and said he would give me a piggy back ride to where I needed to be. My sales rep got me everything I needed even though I only had an idea of what I needed. Great experience and saved some money.
