I have been dealing with the Itochu Corporation Amman Liaison Office for several years now, and I must say that their services have been consistently average. They have a decent range of products, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff can be quite unhelpful at times, and it feels like they are not always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
