My Father used this Trustee and he was deceived in a quasi court case. A property management company spearheaded the court case, being necessities of life, then when the case when won, the property management company side stepped for a not necessity of life collector to proceed with a 10 year bankruptcy taking advantage of mental deficits and age. My father was subjected to a financial assessment while on pension and suffering from COPD this trustee kept my father in a perpetual decade long bankruptcy . The Superintendent of Bankruptcy of Canada is subject to a complaint with the Human Rights Commission of Canada. I am very very very very dissatisfied with this Trustee. There is no compassionate clause or disability clause to leave a bankruptcy or consumer proposal therefore the Act is discriminatory.
