I had a mixed experience with Hermitage F 0 Undation. The customer service was great and the staff was friendly. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of their products. The items I purchased were not as advertised and had several defects. I had to return them and go through a lengthy process to get a refund. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
