Not a good landed investment, they had me purchase land in a IRA talking about tax savings however I have to pay one taxes each year and can t write off any of the taxes because it s inside the IRA and so far my land is losing value and I m wasting money without any tax benefit to have the land. They also are poor on follow up emails and communication
