My husband and I used Russ 10 years ago while looking for a vacation home. We lived out of state at the time, and found Russ to be very easy to work with as we decided what we wanted, where we wanted to be, etc. This past September, we decided to sell our vacation home after relocating to Florida permanently. We called Russ again and he was awesome! Again!! There are many things that contribute to that statement. First of all, communication is key and he never left us hanging or wondering about an answer. His knowledge of the current market is outstanding. He followed through on all issues he said he would, and in a timely manner. He is pleasant to work with and is very even-tempered in a field where people can sometimes be difficult!! I would highly recommend Russ and would use him again if the situation ever presented itself again.
