I have been ordering through Whole Foods, here on the east coast, during this lock down and am at the mercy of the shopper to choose the produce. I never would have bought this bag of Granny Smith apples, if I saw, what he obviously didn t see. Every single one is covered with brown patches. I looked it up and found that it can be a harvest & storage issue. Maybe it s an isolated thing and due to the current state of affairs - but I can t rate it any higher. I don t want to eat them and feel bad about the waste.
