Review of Bes Hotel Bergamo West

the room is ok the carpet is not so clean but bath...

the room is ok the carpet is not so clean but bathroom and towels and bed is clean and comfortable. i stay on the first floor and there no view is 1m to the fence which separate the hotel to a crowded street, so if u open the window is noisy . internet connection: very good , but login to the wifi a quite strange, u have to use personal data like tel number emailadress, linkedin etc and in case you deconnect, and u forget the password u received, u can not connect back. you have possibility for password reminder which is senndig the password to your email :). but without internet you can not connect to email. U still can use a public user/ password but at reception they can not access and give the original private login. also this connection is ok but slower than the private one. staff is very kind .
