My outdoor water faucet broke off spewing water in and outside my home. Since I had to shut my home's water off completely, I was told they would make my repair a priority. Zak arrived around 7pm and determined my outdoor faucet would need to be replaced. What should have been an easy job, turned into a difficult one due to the tongue and groove pine ceiling in our basement. UGH!! Zak and my husband removed the ceiling and a cabinet which concealed the pipe that needed to be fixed. Happily, after 2 1/2 hours, the outside faucet was fixed!! We were very pleased with Zak. He explained what needed to be done, gave us two cost options and allowed my not so handy husband to assist. We will call Blessing again and request Zak the next time we have any plumbing issue. :)
