I had an overall average experience with Santow Loren. The website, lorensantow.com, was easy to navigate and had a clean design. The customer service was satisfactory, although it took a bit longer than expected to receive a response. I appreciate that they offer a wide range of products. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other similar companies. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend Santow Loren to others.
