I know that Loan Care has a lot of negative review...

I know that Loan Care has a lot of negative reviews but I have had a positive experiance with them. My payment was mixed where I accidently paid to my escrow instead of my home loan and it was reported as a missed payment. The crew at loancare worked with me and helped me fix the issues. They fixed the negative report on my credit score and brought it back to normal. There is nothing they can do if you don't make your payment they are there to make money but they will work with you on a mistake. They told me to trust the process and it worked. Thank you guys for the excellent work and helping us work this out. You guys are a solid company and I couldn't be happier with my experinace with your team.
