I've been scammed by this fake company

I've been scammed by this fake company. The service is only a facade, in reality nothing works and the reports are fake.

I ordered 800 installations for my app through the Play Store, but never received them. I contacted support, who refused to refund me, saying that it was Google's fault for not recording the installations... Absurd!
