Our relationship with Fort Point, and specifically with Steve Ayr, who was our startup's counsel, has been absolutely perfect. I really liked his flat fee plan, and felt that it was very fair. With his commitment to help us, despite the fact that we knew absolutely nothing about the process, we could go forth knowing that all the paperwork required for forming a company and signing our first contracts was in able hands.
