The technicians were competent and fixed the problem with my air conditioner, but I found their communication to be lacking. It took a while to get a response and I had to follow up multiple times. However, the actual repair work was satisfactory and my air conditioner is now working fine. I would recommend this company with the caveat that there may be some delays in communication.
