I recently used Visit India Online to book my family vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to get a resolution. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
