I contacted New Century through their website on a Ram I was interested in. Christian quickly reached out to me with information as well as asking important questions on what I was looking for in the truck. He was very attentive to my questions and stayed in the price range I was looking. He wasn t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Due to the distance I was from the dealership, we did our negotiations through phone and email. This was a very easy and smooth process. In the end we weren t able to come to terms on a deal, but this is one of the best experiences with a dealership and salesman I have ever had. I really get as though Christian and New Century we re doing everything they could to earn my business. I will be contacting New Century again when it is time to look for another truck.
