I have been a customer of Ucollect for a few years...

I have been a customer of Ucollect for a few years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the basic functionality that I need, I find their platform to be a bit outdated and lacking in features compared to their competitors. The customer support is also just average, as sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, Ucollect is an okay option if you're looking for a straightforward payment solution, but there are definitely better options out there.
