I recently used the services of Kootenay Rockies Tourism and I must say it was an average experience. The website provided all the necessary information but there was nothing exceptional that stood out. I appreciate the effort put into providing detailed information about the region and the activities available, but I was expecting a bit more. Overall, it was a decent experience.
