I recently purchased my fourth Mercedes from this dealership. My normal sales person transferred to their location in West Chester which is too far to drive for a car. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Spiegel who made the entire process as quick and painless as possible. He was fantastic with communicating by way of text and email. We negotiated pricing, terms and selected the car all without me having to go to the dealership. When I could not decide which vehicle I wanted, he gave me sound guidance and ultimately I bought the car that I truly wanted. Ryan was also diligent and advised that I schedule a delivery date and time so I would not be waiting around too long.

My only complaint which is in the process of getting resolved is that the vehicle I purchased had some major cosmetic blemishes on the bumpers. The car is a CPO but knowing the sales pitch Mercedes-Benz uses when marketing their CPO vehicles, these blemishes should not have been present. Since I arrived early for my delivery appointment, I asked for a service manager. Mike Monterio (I think that was his name) came out and we looked at the car together. He was very professional, pulled some paperwork and realized that these items were to be taken care of before the car was delivered. He apologized and offered to either reschedule delivery or to arrange for the repairs post delivery. Most dealerships in my experience would have given some excuse to not fix it or to offer insulting monetary compensation. I loved that no arguing had to happen to get these items fixed.

When Ryan learned of the issues he even went one step further and offered to personally come to deliver a loaner and bring my car in for repair and then to bring my car back to me when repairs were completed. Honestly, this speaks volumes to dedication, professionalism and passion Ryan has for his clients and the dealership as a whole has for their customers. highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Ft. Washington for sales and possibly service; my normal service adviser also transferred to West Chester and I have been less than thrilled with the service since.
For buying or leasing, definitely ask for Ryan as a sales consultant.
