I recently had an experience with Galaxy systems, inc. and I have to say, it was average. The customer service was decent, but I found the overall quality of their products to be lacking. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I expected more from a company like Galaxy systems, inc. I hope they can improve in the future.
