Starting with my experience with HeroSphere, I must say that the overall quality of their services is average. I found the website to be a bit confusing to navigate, and the customer support was not very helpful. However, the gaming tournaments they organize are quite enjoyable, and the prize pools are decent. In my opinion, HeroSphere has room for improvement, but it's still a good platform for gamers.
